No, you don't have to be in attendance.

We've found that people using Satellite internet can experience this issue (not all the time) however.
If this should happen, we suggest disconnecting from your WiFi, and use your mobile device to purchase your ticket(s) (while connected to your data)

Government Regulations require that you are located on P.E.I. at time of purchase. To verify your location, you must enable location services.

Enabling location services varies depending on the device and browser you are using. Tip – it’s easier on mobile phones or tablets.

The draw is scheduled for 8:00pm on Thursday evenings, although - depending on the volume of sales - it could take a little longer before the draw is held. Visit the Catch the King of Clubs Facebook page, as we will be doing the draw Live.

Provincial Laws, as laid out by the Department of Justice and Public Safety states that,

"No, all tickets must be sold on PEI. In order to sell tickets in another jurisdiction, you must also obtain a license in that jurisdiction."

We do not have a License for other jurisdictions, and can not legally sell off-Island
